Every Day Memories

We were at Target and saw this cute white hat. Daddy turned to mush when we tried it on Daisy. He didn't care what it cost..."buy it for my little Princess," he said without hesitation. I think I am sensing a pattern here...lol

We took down the party decor weeks ago but, I am behind posting these two pictures. We got Daisy this ball bounce thing for her birthday because she seemed to really like it at our neighbor's house. We spent several hours blowing it up...I nearly passed out doing so as a matter a fact...only to soon discover that Daisy had no interest in the "arcade" whatsoever. We gave it a couple days but, the disinterest continued so we deflated the thing and took it back. No sense letting it take up space for no reason. It sure looked cute in the house though!

Can I get an AMEN! I can think of no better way for God to get our attention than when we are still and letting Him be God. It ain't easy to be still but, it's worth it.

Daisy loves to play with the phone in Daddy's office. She had just knocked the phone off the receiver here and just woken up from a nap.

    That "arcade" is really awesome! Too bad she didn't like it too much! Kids are so funny, they love toys when they are at other people's houses but they want nothing to do with their own. Ha ha.

    we got this hat for Siena when we were on vacation in cali! it is a sweet hat! she didn't enjoy wearing it though...

    Love the line in the first picture. It's so true that we get so busy in things that really don't even matter so much in the grand scheme of things - we need to "be still" and focus on the things that do count more! Thanks for the reminder!
