So as much as I hate to admit it, I think I have realized that it has become too challenging for me to get my pictures taken in time for Momma In Focus each week. I love that I have all of these memories and I hope to continue taking weekly pictures with Daisy but, I will no longer be hosting a link up or following a prompt word. Sorry friends! I hope that you will continue to get in the pictures with your kiddos each week and I hope to do the same!!
The prompt for this week was fruit:
Daisy is LOVING strawberries these days. She eats them like they are candy and makes so many silly faces in the process. It's neat to see her enjoying fruit because for a little while there I was worried that she wouldn't eat anything other than crackers! lol.
My little boo boo has a bad cold this week. She woke up crying in the middle of the night from her congestion and hardly napped at all today. Poor little bean is not a happy camper and she is wearing me ragged too. I hope she starts feeling better again soon! Miss my happy little girl and my sister is in town visiting and I want her to get to enjoy Daisy at her best...which she hasn't really gotten to experience yet. lol.
I hope you have all had a good week! Yeah for Friday!!
How cute - I love her faces!
ReplyDeleteHope Daisy feels better soon! It is no fun when they are sick!! Can you come to Lincolnton and give me some photography classes!! You always have the best pics. I recently upgraded my camera to a Canon T3i....i still don't have photographs like yours!!
ReplyDeleteshe's adorable! i can't wait until i can feed natalie strawberries :) i'm sure she'll love them and then i can take awesome pictures like these!
ReplyDeleteSoooo cute!! I will definatly try to still get in photo's of me and my little one each week! It's been soo good for me to get in front of the camera!! LOVE love love that first picture!!
ReplyDeleteHer face in the first picture is just priceless...so cute!! Kaylin is the same way with her strawberries. This morning I think she ended up eating 4-5 of them for breakfast. Just think of all the vitamin C they are getting! :)
ReplyDeleteI didn't end up getting a shot this week (things have been crazy gearing up for vacation next week, plus my little girl had a cold as well!), but I wanted to stop by and say how cute your fruit photos are! Strawberries are a big hit in our house too! Have a great weekend!
ReplyDeleteI am so grateful for Momma in Focus! Before I started linking up, it had honestly never occurred to me to purposefully get into the pictures with Wyatt (other than the typical pose at family gatherings). I can fully appreciate your need to take a step back and end the link-ups. As moms, our time just gets filled to the brim! Love you, and I'll always love stopping by to see your photos! Thank you for being such an inspiration!
ReplyDeleteLove,
Cindy at WyTography
Those faces are so fun! Sorry she's not feeling better, hopefully she's all smiles for you today!
ReplyDeleteBest facial expressions ever! SO CUTE!
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely LOVE those Casey. It's so cute to watch her experience things like that.
ReplyDeleteShe is such a cutie! I really hope she starts to feel better soon. And as always you take some great pictures :-)
ReplyDeleteI really love your posts.....when i am seeing you guys on pics it's always cheering me up :)
ReplyDeleteGood for you for putting it aside now that it has become too challenging with little cutie running around!!
ReplyDeleteThe photos are so adorable and Daisy's faces are the best.
I know what you mean about sickness. B has been sick this week too, which makes for two tired peeps living in this house.
Praying that sweet Daisy will feel better soon! (And you can all get some rest!)

ReplyDeleteLove 'em! You both came out so good! Daisy's smile is so cute! :)
ReplyDeleteWhat a cute series of photos! Strawberries are so yum!
ReplyDeleteAwww....feel better, Daisy-Doo!!!! Hugs!!!
ReplyDeleteI hope she feels better! We have the opposite problem...baby girl only eats fruit :) There is a downside to eating too much fruit. LOL.
