I decided to enter the Paper Mama's your best shot of a child photo challenge for fun. I love Chelsey's blog so I thought this would be a fun thing to participate in. I honestly could never choose one favorite photo from the thousands I have taken of Daisy and to be honest the things that make them my favorite pictures are often more about sentimental value than editing quality. I looked through tons of pictures of Daisy in her first year and decided to choose this one. This picture makes me happy for so many reasons. Daisy had just learned how to sit, her hair was growing and it was RED! We were a bit surprised that our little gal had strawberry blond hair as neither of us do and it looked so pretty with her hazel, brown eyes. D has been a happy, smiley little girl since the very beginning and this picture captures her personality to a tee. Plus...no other picture I have of her captures her baby chunk quite like this one. Love the color and her stripes too! Wish us luck!
