Blogging Buddies Unite: Me, Sarah, Ashley and Shannon - We started out taking cutesy pictures but, it didn't take long for us to start getting really goofy and silly. I only got a couple silly ones but, I'm quite certain that you will see some other ridiculous pictures of me on these gals blog sites. Oh my. Such a treat to meet you girls in person!! And thank you hubby for playing with Daisy at the park. Love the pictures of the two of them!
Sarah Halstead over at Nap Time Mom Tog came my way for a week because her hubby is out here on business. She orchestrated a get together with a few of us local blogger gals. I also had the pleasure of meeting Ashley Sisk from Ramblings and Photos and Shannon Lowry from Living with the Lowrys. We met at a park because I brought Daisy along and Joey was kind enough to watch her while I hung out with the gals. Sarah had just arrived in town so she had her two little boys and her hubby who was also kind enough to watch the kiddos she she could have some kiddo free time. Our get together was not nearly long enough to even scratch the surface on how awesome these gals are but, I truly loved meeting them! Shannon is a super genuine and sweet 4th grade teacher who loves traveling with her hubby. I can so relate to loving to travel though that has been put on the back burner for a while now that we have started the family wagon life. Sarah is an amazing momma to her two little boys and she is such a kind and warm person. Ashley's photography blog has always been inspiring to me so it was a treat to meet her in person! They are all such beautiful gals inside and out and I hope we can all get together more often now. Just goes to show you that sometimes the seemingly superficial world of internet relationships can translate into more personal friendships!
